This project was brought to life out of personal interest for the Raspberry Pi camera features and the lack of readily available sources of easy configurable Web gui software for the Raspberry Pi's camera. For a project of my interest I was looking for an IP camera which was cheap, had high specs, and was easy configurable.So IMO the Pi4 will be woefully underpowered for the purpose of recording 30 IP camera streams at 1080p 24 FPS simultaneously, IMO you'd need a pretty high end dedicated PC to even get close to recording 30 IP camera streams without issues.
